Creative Experiences for mental healthy

 ‘Creative experiences for mental health’ is a space for creating and subsequently exhibiting a collection of unique original works produced by artistic partners. The partners consist of an amateur artist associated with the mental health services and a professional artist.

The main goal of the initiative is for people to be able to enjoy art as a form of expression and growth, thereby having a positive impact on their well-being. Nonetheless it also strives to break down the wall that society has built up for years and years based on erroneous beliefs and prejudices about people with mental health problems.

From the outset, the hopes, efforts and work of various centres in Catalonia have contributed to the project started by Osonament in 2006, helping it grow, and working together to reduce the stigma of mental health problems. In this eleventh edition, the following have participated:
