The Tarragona Port Authority has an information channel to facilitate the secure and confidential communication of any irregularity that may occur in the work environment. This channel is part of the Internal Information System approved by the Board of Directors and allows reporting of possible breaches of the internal regulations of the Anti-Fraud Plan, the Code of Ethics and the Action Protocol for the Prevention and Treatment of Workplace Harassment in any of its forms, as well as the infractions provided for in Act 2/2023.

The channel can be used by all those who form part of the organisation: employees, managers, members of the Board of Directors and professionally linked people, as well as other interested parties. Communications can be made in an identified or anonymous manner, with maximum confidentiality guaranteed throughout the process.
