Road closures due to the 28th City of Tarragona Fireworks Competition

The Port Footbridge will be closed for safety reasons between 9 pm and 11.45 pm on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of July

Due to the 28th City of Tarragona Fireworks Competition there will be various road closures in the port zone on the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of July. For safety reasons, the Port Footbridge will remain closed during the firework displays and it will not be permitted to stand on it.

7 pm: the road will be closed to vehicles at the clock tower roundabout

9 pm: the Port Footbridge will be closed for safety reasons

10 pm: access to the beaches and the breakwater will be closed at the Costa Wharf

10:45 pm: traffic on the Costa Wharf will be one way in the direction of El Serrallo, Pere Martell and Independència

11:45 pm: traffic in the port area is expected to return to normal

Members of the Marina may enter up to 10 pm subject to identification. There will be no restriction to accessing the Port Tarraco facilities. Access to the interior of the Port will be available via the Eix Transversal.

We advise you not to drive to the beach and breakwater area. For safety reasons, once the firework display has finished, parked vehicles will not be allowed to leave until the area is free of pedestrians.
