2017

PortSolidari is the Social Commission for Employees of the Port of Tarragona, set up to provide support for projects and activities of solidarity.

This year the Port of Tarragona’s PortSolidari Social Commission is promoting the ‘3rd Call for PortSolidari Social Grants', with the aim of providing economic support for solidarity projects.

The call is now known as the ‘Call for Silvia Cuesta Grants for PortSolidari social projects’, in homage to the director of the Port of Tarragona’s Human Organisation and Resources, who was one of the instigators of the PortSolidari project.

‘Call for Silvia Cuesta Grants for PortSolidari social projects’

This call consists of four financial grants for projects sponsored by the Tarragona Port Authority’s employees, be they active or retired. Each grant consists of a maximum of 3,000 €.

The deadline for presenting the projects is May 26th 2017 at 2:00 pm.

All the proposals submitted must meet specific requirements, to contribute to social development and offer support to underprivileged groups. In addition, the projects should be aligned with the mission of PortSolidari, which consists of promoting social awareness, encouraging the participation of the Tarragona Port Authority’s employees, and acting as a mouthpiece for the organisations that work with the most disadvantaged groups.
