The 3rd International Agrifood Congress turns the Port of Tarragona into the international centre of the agrifood sector

The Congress opens this Wednesday with the presence of the president of the Port, Josep M Cruset, and the president of the State Ports Authority, Francisco Toledo

The programme includes more than 20 international speakers

This Wednesday and Thursday the Port of Tarragona will host the agrifood sector’s third international congress. The International Agrifood Congress will turn the Port of Tarragona into the nerve centre of the agrifood sector. This year it will be in virtual and bilingual format. It will have the support of the major multinational firms in the sector.

The objective of this third edition of the international congress is to exchange knowledge and information on all the technical aspects that affect the sector, as well as to encourage networking between all its actors in order to strengthen trade relations.

Organised jointly with the State Ports Authority, this congress will bring together the main businesses that make up the agrifood sector, including stevedoring companies, shipping agents, importers, feed manufacturers, shippers, control companies, etc.
