Photographic theme:
The photographs need to have been taken on Sunday, July 2nd 2017 during the boat tour inside the port facilities.
Registrations:
Places are limited, and participants will be admitted on a first come first served basis. Registration will take place from June 14th 2017 onwards, at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., stating name and surname, a user profile, an e-mail address and a mobile phone contact number. The subject line of the message should be CONCURS INSTAGRAM.
Participants:
Anyone who has Instagram, and respects the terms of the application.
Presentation of the photos:
Participants should upload photographs taken with their phone to their Instagram account, and these should be labelled them with the hashtag #navegantpelport2017 and @museuporttarragona from July 2nd to 16th 2017. Each participant may submit up to two photos in each category. Only photos published on Instagram and properly labelled will be accepted. The images must have a title and the author be identified. Photographs will be regularly published on the Port of Tarragona Museum’s Facebook profile.

Content of the work presented:
Participants accept the responsibility with respect to the Tarragona Port Authority for the content of the proposal presented, and will be responsible before third parties. The participants also accept responsibility before third parties for having obtained the image rights for individuals who are photographed, with the Port Authority of Tarragona having complete impunity in this regard. Sending an image to the contest must not infringe the rights of reproduction or any other right of third parties.
Identifying the winners:
In order to receive the prize the winners will need to identify themselves from their terminal with the username and the photograph submitted. The winners will be announced on the Port’s website and the Port of Tarragona Museum’s Facebook profile.
Duration of the competition:
The competition will be valid for photographs taken on July 2nd 2017. The final deadline for presenting them will be July 16th 2017.
Prizes
Two prizes will be awarded, corresponding to two categories: for best photography and the most creative image. Both consist of a dinner for two persons in the Serrallo fisherman’s neighbourhood and two hours of parking.
Panel of judges and verdict:
Nominated by the Port of Tarragona Museum, it will meet in September, giving its verdict during the Santa Tecla 2017 festivities, once it has been established that the photos were taken with a mobile phone.
Dissemination and publication rights:
All the photographs submitted will become part of the Port of Tarragona Museum’s Image Archives, under the understanding that dissemination and publication rights are transferred us in order to publicise the activities of the Museum on its website, on social networks or in various journals and publications.
Right of admission:
Participation in this competition involves full acceptance of the rules. The Port of Tarragona Museum and the Tarragona Port Authority reserve the right to accept entries depending on the degree to which they fit the topic in question or not.
