A visit to the educational centre with the use of additional support materials in a creative setting, allowing observation, dramatised play and the use of blacklight dynamics in order to discover the organisms caught in the Port of Tarragona; with reproductions that reveal their morphology, habits and habitats, as well as seeing how the trades that form a part of the seafaring world have made it possible to bring them to our table. By using participatory dynamics we will get to know the various systems used in fishing, and the kind of activity carried out in the fish market. To conclude we will learn about the history and the life of Tarragona’s fishermen’s quarter: the Serrallo.
