• The identity of the person raising the alarm
• Location, nature, extent and state of the incident
• Substances or goods involved
• People and facilities affected
• Actions taken (extinction attempt, calls to 112 or fire services, other)
• Any other risk factors
2. USE means available in the immediate area if the incident can be controlled, without taking
unnecessary risks and with regard to one’s own safety.
