WEATHER OBSERVATION STATIONS IN THE PORT OF TARRAGONA- Weather conditions can affect port operations. The Tarragona Port Authority has two stations to measure meteorological parameters such as wind speed and direction, precipitation, solar radiation, air pressure and hydrometry. These measurements are used as safety parameters, to determine the origin of pollution or to prevent such occurrences.
