The Tarragona Port Authority’s Board of Directors is the institution’s senior decision-taking body. It reflects the institution’s plural character through the inclusion of members representing all the authorities and economic sectors involved in port activities, as provided under RD 2/2011 of 5th September which it has been approved by consolidated text at the Law on State Ports and the Merchant Marine.
